"The service provided was awful. My taxi was 35 minutes late, not ideal when you have a flight to catch and when you're charged 50£. This was not the driver's fault but there has been a problem with the booking (this is what I've been told on the phone). I've written an email to make a formal complaint and to be refunded, but nobody got back to me. This is far from being a good service, I will never use your company again. I hope to hear from you. "Booked taxi to airport via Taxicode, but it did not turn up at confirmed time. After 15 minutes, I called the taxi firm number provided, but they had no record of a Taxicode booking under my name. I called Taxicode, who then called the taxi company themselves. A taxi did then arrive, but was now over 30 minutes late and with a clearly disgruntled driver who had been rushed out. Matter was resolved relatively efficiency, but I should not have received a confirmation email if the booking had been properly confirmed. Not clear who was at fault. Thankfully we had left plenty of time to get to the airport - we could have easily missed our flight otherwise. Not a great start to our holiday!"

Taxi was not on time and driver no where to be seen. eventuallytwo confused mobile phone conversations - taxi waiting -in an unofficial place as there is no pick up slot on the road . how was I to know where he was? Communciations issues with the driver whose english was poor. not an ideal end to a long haul flight. Other drivers were waiting in the arrivals area.shall not be using again"

"The outbound journey was interesting to say the least! The driver arrived 20 minutes early but his vehicle was dirty and did not smell nice. After setting off, he then asked us directions to a petrol station and we had to fill up before going any further. His driving felt unsafe at times but we did get to our destination in one piece. Not a pleasant experience. However, on the flip side, the return journey home was in a lovely clean car with no issues whatsoever. Great updates by text."

"We waited for 1.5 hrs to be picked up from Gatwick. Informed M25 busy but driver was only given 1hr to come from Bucks for a 5pm pick up! I had to keep calling for updates. My husband died 3 months ago, he was a chauffer, in 25 yrs he was never late. He wld be at the airport 30 mins in advance, waiting, monitoring arrivals etc. there was no apology and no reduction not good enough. I am a single woman with her daughter. Any other business you would be offerred a refund or reduction!! "

"The MPV vehicles (had 3 over the weekend on 4 journeys) used need interior refurbishment. Internal lights did not work; heating and ventilation not good and windows in rear could not be lowered. Basically a bit tatty inside. Clean but... Vehicles also need airing as smell was present from either previous passengers; food and general personal hygiene."
